What we will do • Visit the property and conduct a professional rental assessment • Take details and photographs of the property and aim to find a suitable tenant within a reasonable period of time • Marketing, as well as extensive internet advertising, accompanied viewings • References when an applicant has viewed the property and wishes to proceed we will obtain a reservation deposit and take up references • Produce a tailored tenancy agreement for you • Set up tenant standing order mandate and forward as part of the documentation package to the Landlord. • Prepare an Inventory report and legally prepared paperwork ready for when your tenants move in.
